Sharkfest was the brainchild of Mike Cambio back in 2012. Mike, along with one of his best friends (the "infamous" Frank Pope), shared a mutual passion for the C3 Corvette dating back to the Mako Shark II debut in the mid 1960's. The two of them decided it would be great to have a yearly Corvette show highlighting "Shark" Corvettes. Along with the help of "NCRS Judge" Ed Wodniakowski and "DJ" Rudy Kosanovich, the first "Sharkfest" show was born at Port Edwards restaurant on August 23rd, 2014. Over the years we have maintained the tradition of keeping the show along the Fox River at various venues. In 2025 we started to "grow" the show by adding sponsorships, vendors, additional staff and special collection vehicles. We intend to do our best to make the show increasingly better in the years to come. Please join us in our passion for these "Rolling Rembrandts" (to coin a phrase)..............
